Diet ideas: Eat whatever you want, and if anyone tries to lecture you about your weight, eat them too.

Of the three groups in his class (which, three years ago, was roughly 150, and is now 30), his group won Best Project. Because his group’s project was the only one that actually worked.
And best of all, the cell of the whole line that had the most work involved, vis-a-vis most actions required, and thus most programming, as well as most machinery involved, was my brother’s part.
It was so adorable how proud my mom was of him. Am I ridiculously proud of him? Fuck yes I am.
My brother built a fucking robot. Nothing else you’ve done so far compares, probably.
Oh god, f.lux just adjusted my screen’s brightness and contrast settings for optimal eye-strain avoidance automatically.
Because sunrise just happened.

6 am and I still haven’t slept.

Me neither, bro. I’m still awake because I somehow napped for maybe two hours and woke up at 1:30. I’m seriously considering just not sleeping at this point.

I’d like to think that the people I made friends with at school aren’t the type to use chatspeak while typing online, but sometimes you can’t have everything you want.
An application for a sales associate position asks me whether I’m comfortable doing sales.
Isn’t that… isn’t that the job?

Half-Blood Prince/Deathly Hallows pretty much solidified my attachment to Snape. Goodness, I have so many feelings/thoughts about him and his life and how JKR wrote him that UGH I CAN’T EVEN LISTEN TO THE DH PT 2 SOUNDTRACK WITHOUT CRYING.
I am bawling my eyes out because I just read the scene in this book which I find to be the most sad and disturbing. Every time I see it played by Michael Gambon in the film, I sob uncontrollably.
PREPARE FOR A RANT OF FEELINGS.
ALL OF WHAT YOU SAID. I’m rereading the books trying and failing to see them as though I don’t know any of that, but IT’S SO HARD I CAN’T DO IT. Holy crap, the feels. It’s insane. On a lighter note, I liked the sixth one the best because it served as a clear launching pad for ALL of everything about Snape and Dumbledore and everything. The first time I read it, I thought my head was going to fall off.
Which, at the end of the day, is what makes the Harry Potter series such a good series, and JKR such a good writer. Because she doesn’t lay these points out plain to see. She makes it that, at face value, it’s completely understandable, but then there’s the depth beneath it that you don’t ever realize until you really give it thought. Because I sure as hell didn’t think of any of these things the first time I read the book. I had to go back to it. I had to give it time. I had to think for myself.
I’m going to stop obsessing over this before I cry myself to sleep cuddling my pillow for dear life.
