Last night, an ambulance pulled up to my residence building.
It was around 12:30 at night, and I only noticed because of the lights that were flashing. There wasn’t any sirens as it approached, and they took their time, so it wasn’t anything too serious, I figured.
Apparently, a fight broke out on the fourth floor (I live on the third) between four guys, all around eighteen years old, who had been drinking. All I know one of them ended up getting hit in the face with a beer bottle, and the others proceeded to join in and beat him up.
Now, obviously, the three of them, or possibly all four of them, are going to be evicted. Reasons being that a) the residence has a zero-tolerance for underage drinking - if they catch you, that’s it and that’s all; b) you aren’t allowed to have individual serving bottles of alcohol, like beer bottles, for that exact reason; and c) duh, fighting, and especially ganging up on someone, is generally unacceptable pretty much everywhere, but especially with the police.
All I want to know is whether or not these idiot children’s parents are going to object to their sons’ probably evictions, or whether they’ll say “my son is clearly a fuck up, thanks for keeping him this long, goodbye”. To the parents might that argue - well, we can certainly see where your son got his attitude from.
